This covers repairs that come out of a service or diagnostic check, an alternator, a cooling system fault, an exhaust issue, sorted on the same visit wherever possible so you're not booking a second appointment.
This is booked, scheduled work, not a breakdown recovery or roadside assistance service. If your car won't start or is stuck on the road, a recovery service is the right call, not this.

Common questions
Do you cover breakdowns or roadside recovery?
No. This service covers repairs identified during a booked service or diagnostic visit, not roadside recovery. If your car is stuck or won't start away from home, you'll need a recovery service first.
Do I need to be at home during the repair?
Not necessarily. As long as I have access to the car and we've agreed the job beforehand, many customers leave the car on the drive while at work.
