These terms govern your use of this website (mobilecarservices.net) and any servicing, repair or diagnostic work booked with MCS Mobile Car Servicing. By using the site or booking a service, you agree to the terms below.

Bookings and quotes

Enquiries submitted through this website are requests for a booking, not a confirmed appointment. A booking is confirmed once arranged directly by phone, email or WhatsApp. Quotes are given in good faith based on the information provided; the final price may change if the vehicle’s condition differs once inspected on-site.

On-site access

You’re responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the vehicle at the agreed location (driveway, workplace or other site). Work may need to be rescheduled if access isn’t available at the agreed time.

Parts and workmanship

Parts fitted are matched to the manufacturer’s specification wherever possible. Workmanship on completed jobs is guaranteed against defect; this does not cover pre-existing faults, normal wear and tear, or issues arising from work carried out elsewhere.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, please give as much notice as possible by phone or email so the slot can be offered to another customer.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in advance. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Liability

Every effort is made to carry out work safely and to a workshop standard. MCS Mobile Car Servicing is not liable for pre-existing faults not disclosed at the time of booking, or for delays caused by circumstances outside reasonable control.

Website use

This website is provided for the purpose of finding information about services and making enquiries. Content is kept accurate to the best of our knowledge but may be updated without notice. Automated or bulk submission of the contact form for purposes other than a genuine service enquiry is not permitted.
